The HKT LoRaWAN Door Sensor is a wireless gadget designed to sense the status of doors opening and closing. This data is transmitted to the LoRaWAN network. It regularly sends data each day and whenever a door is opened or closed. Additionally, it tallies the number of door openings and computes the duration of the most recent door opening.
This lora door sensor is particularly efficient for overseeing entryways like doors, windows, and cabinets in settings such as office complexes, warehouses, and retail stores. Thanks to its minimal power consumption, the sensor’s battery life is prolonged, leading to reduced maintenance needs.

LoRaWAN Door Sensor
HKT DS-100 is a compact and powerful wireless door sensor. It uses magnetic and reed switches to monitor the opening/closing status of doors and windows in real-time and to realize remote alarms by using wireless LoRaWAN® technology.
It supports the standard LoRaWAN® protocol and is compatible with LoRaWAN® gateways and cloud platforms to jointly build an intelligent IoT network to remotely monitor the opening and closing status and receive alarms promptly. In addition, the product has a built-in 1650 mAh Li-SOCl2 battery, which can be used continuously for more than two years without replacing it (the reporting cycle of the door sensor is once per hour).
With its small size and no wiring, HKT DS-100 is easy to install, suitable for doors, windows, and cabinets of different materials, and is widely used for smart offices, computer rooms, cabinets, unmanned vending machines, smart homes, and other applications.
