What is a waste bin sensor?

HKT-UDS100, a waste bin sensor, is a LoRaWAN device used to measure fill levels in bins via ultrasonic beams, enabling the monitoring of waste levels.

 

What are the advantages of our bin level sensors?

The bin level sensors of HKT are based on the standard LoRaWAN® IoT protocol, adopt a low-power design, and are powered by lithium batteries. These bin level sensors can last for 5-10 years depending on the scenario (the battery is replaceable).

The bin level sensors have an IP67 waterproof level, and the shell has flame-retardant components. This bin level sensor products can still work normally in harsh environments, and long-term use will not affect the measurement accuracy and performance.

 

What are the applications of a trash bin monitoring sensor?

Trash bin monitoring sensors are suitable for ranging of various types of trash cans and parking spaces. It is widely used in public trash cans, parking space detection, and other scenarios.
